The Jim Murray Flying Field is above the Petersville Convenience Station. The PCS used to be a landfill. We are on a portion that has long been tamped down and covered with sod.
Members have a key to the gate. If it is an advertised flying day and several members are there, the gate will be unlocked.
Once through the gate, you wind up the hill on the gravel road that passes the Convenience Station.
Our site is named the Jim Murray Flying Field in honor of a charter member who helped us get started in big ways.
